Yes, all apparel must be ordered in the same color and style. To place your artwork on different items you will have to make another order.

Yes, all orders must be for at least three items with the same design.

We will make out best effort to make sure that all of your items arrive two weeks after you order. However, during busier times it may take a few more days.

Is there a warranty at UdesignTs?
We deliver high-quality products that represent the closest possible design to what you created on our site. If the products you receive differ from what you created at customstadiumseat.com or if the goods are otherwise flawed then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 5 days of receiving your custom order.
We do ask that you call customstadiumseat.com at (402) 592-0000 prior to sending your products back to ensure we give you proper credit for the order and to receive return authorization. Customer satisfaction is a priority to us.

How do I upload artwork for my UdesignTs?
Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation. For the purpose of designing, you will need to upload a .jpg image or text.
Please note, we can only print high resolution images. If you provide artwork that is of low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our art staff to work with your art, bringing it up to standard for printing.
Will my art look exactly like it does on my screen?
Not exactly, your art my not look exactly like it does on your screen due to variations in computer monitors.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Purchase orders are accepted, but are reserved for qualified organizations only (e.g. schools, government agencies, and large corporations). Purchase orders must be verified and therefore must be placed by phone at (402) 592-0000.
